If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements work.

🐾 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working as expected, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Just email us at hello@insidecats.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A photo or video showing the issue (required by our fulfilment partner)

📦 Returns

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment centres, we do not accept physical returns at this time.
Instead, we offer hassle-free refunds or replacements when eligible.

You never need to send a product back.

💰 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

✔ Your item arrives damaged
✔ Your item arrives defective or not functioning
✔ Your item is significantly different from the description
✔ Your order never arrives within 30 business days of shipment
✔ You received the wrong item

You are not eligible for a refund if:

✘ You entered the wrong address
✘ You change your mind after the item has shipped
✘ The product was damaged due to misuse

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for 15+ days, or the package hasn’t arrived within the maximum shipping timeframe, contact us. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund.

Your cat shouldn’t wait forever — and neither should you.

🔁 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a new one at no extra cost.

⏳ Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank, but typically take 3–5 business days.
